My Story
I’ve always been the person who notices what needs doing — the loose ends, the unanswered messages, the details that get missed when someone is juggling too much. That instinct has served me well throughout my career in administration, operations and customer support, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so effective at supporting business owners behind the scenes.
I’ve worked in a variety of administrative roles over the last 20+ years, gaining experience across fast-paced environments where organisation, professionalism and calm communication matter. Like many people, it took time to find the work that truly suited me — until I met an exceptional Office Manager who became an important mentor early in my career. When I stepped into a Receptionist Supervisor role, she told me: “This is your chance to shine.” That moment stayed with me, and it helped shape the confidence I now bring into my business.
Today, I use that experience to provide reliable, discreet business support to busy business owners who need someone they can trust to handle the details. I genuinely enjoy getting to know how people work, understanding what’s currently weighing them down, and putting structure in place so things feel manageable again.
